What these figures measure

Median sale price
The middle price of the homes that sold in the month: half sold for more and half for less.
Median days on market
How long the typical home that sold had been listed before it went under contract.
Sale-to-list ratio
The sale price as a share of the list price, averaged across the homes that sold.
Homes for sale
Listings still on the market on the last day of the month.
Months of supply
Homes for sale at the end of the month divided by the homes sold that month, scaled to a 30-day month: how many months the current listings would last at that pace of sales.
New listings
Homes that came on the market during the month.

About these numbers

The figures come from the Redfin Data Center Housing Market Tracker: monthly, county-wide, all residential property types and not seasonally adjusted. They are printed as Redfin published them on October 7, 2026, and Redfin may revise earlier months later. County figures mix every price range and home type, so a single city, subdivision or street can look quite different. They describe the past month and are not a forecast or a valuation of any home.

For figures on a specific home or neighborhood, Miriam can prepare a property-specific review.
